EPA and DHA
Contribute to normal heart function*. Replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids (such as EPA and DHA) in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

DHA

Zinc

Its seal guarantees that the catch is limited to non-overexploited fish stock, the fishing methods have no significant impact on the seabed and the discard rate is less than 8% of the total catch.
