Effect on the body

EPA and DHA
Contribute to normal heart function*. Replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids (such as EPA and DHA) in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

DHA
DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision.

Vitamin E
Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage.

*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA together.

From the power of the sea

The fish oil used in OMEGA® life comes from the following species of fish: anchovy, sardine, herring and mackerel, wild caught. The fishing areas are the Southeast Pacific and the Mediterranean, and the fish oil is processed in Norway. The fish oil in OMEGA life® is FOS-certified. FOS (Friend of the Sea) is an independent certification body. Its seal guarantees that the catch is limited to non-overexploited fish stock, the fishing methods have no significant impact on the seabed and the discard rate is less than 8% of the total catch.
