- 50g oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 200ml coconut milk
- Pineapple cubes
- 1 tablespoon grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon OMEGA life algae oil liquid


Pineapple Colada Porridge

Preparation
1. Place the oats, chia seeds and coconut milk in a small saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
2. Simmer on a low heat for approx. 5 minutes until the porridge is creamy.
3. Remove from the heat, stir in the honey and OMEGA life algae oil.
4. Transfer to a bowl and top with pineapple cubes and coconut flakes.
Tip: Refine with fresh mint or a dash of lime juice to taste!
