- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon OMEGA life algae oil liquid
- Mango purée

Preparation
1. Put the chia seeds and coconut milk in a glass or bowl and mix well.
2. Leave to soak for about 5 minutes, then stir again to distribute the seeds evenly.
3. Cover the mixture and leave to soak overnight (at least 2 hours) in the fridge.
4. The next day, stir in the honey and OMEGA life algae oil.
5. Serve with mango purée and garnish as desired (e.g. with mint or coconut flakes).
